| Getter Mercury Dispenser is used
in devices that shall be filled with Mercury. The getter can
not only release the Mercury needed but also sorb active gaseous
impurities. The applying of Getter Mercury Dispenser does not
have the pollution caused by the traditional Mercury-filling
methods. |

| It have two series: tubular getter and
strip getter. Tubular getter is characterized in small size, and mainly
used in back light. Strip getter can be cut according to the Mercury
demands and mainly used in fluorescent lamps. Strip getter can be
supplied in bundles or in circular as customer required. |

| Suggested Activation Conditions |
| Getter Mercury
Dispenser shall be activated by high frequency induced
loop, laser or other means to release Mercury. Suggested
activation conditions are 875±25℃ and 30s. If the activating
can not reach 875℃, the time shall be prolonged to release
the Mercury completely. |
| Caution |
When put in vacuum, Getter Mercury Dispenser
begin to release Mercury around 500℃. Therefore, extra
high temperature shall be avoided during the baking and
exhaustion procedure lest the lost of Mercury.
The environment to store getter shall be dry and clean,
and relative humidity lower than 75%, and temperature
lower than 35℃, and no corrosive gases. Once the original
packing has been opened, getter shall be used up soon
and usually it shall not be exposed to the ambient atmosphere
more than 24 hours. Prolonged storage of getter after
the original packing has been opened shall be always in
a dry atmosphere. |
